So worried and irritated

I had two very obvious Faint positive First Responses over the weekend. <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> says I’m currently 2 days late, I just had very light pinkish brownish spotting. It has now stopped. What should I do? Anyone else had this before and was still pregnant?
