High amniotic fluid

I posted a few days ago I was having contractions and stuff came in to my high risk specialist & she told me I have high amniotic fluid it’s pretty excessive & said that is what’s cause my contractions and she said it can also cause preterm labor . So I’m sitting here thinking lord please help me because I’m so anxious as it is already/.. I haven’t stopped having contractions & she said baby was head down & his kidneys are working faster then normal has anyone gone thru this please any advice
