Self confidence

So since I was 13 I realized I had major self confidence issues. Everyone that I meet and stuff says I’m beautiful and stuff but I really don’t see it. And when me and my boyfriend want to get intimate and I get super shy and wanna hide my body he tells me I’m beautiful and all that and I really don’t know what to do. Help.
