Soft disc/cup question?

We tried soft discs last month ttc and I am planning on using them this month as well. How often did you use them when ttc??

If you’re using them after sex, it’s pointless. If you’re using them as insemination (like the man goes into the cup and you insert) then yes, it’s helpful.

They don’t do anything. Sperm gets to where it needs to quick.

What is the reason for that??? Sperm gets past cervix immediately and starts the ‘journey’ or whatever. Why do you need a cup? 😐🤢

I used them everytime we bd in my fertile window.

If you mean after sex, I personally only use them whenever I know I’m going to get up and walk around. If we BD at night, I don’t bother. But if we do in the morning, I will since I’ll be getting up and moving.
