6 weeks PP random contractions??😳

Hey yall! I’m 6 weeks PP my little bundle was 5 weeks early. I noticed lastnight after sex I had a painful contraction lasted around a minute... thought maybe it was just bc I had sex for the first time since having my son but it happened again tonight..
Is it normal? Should I be worried??

You may continue to feel contractions for a while. Your uterus has to shrink back down to the size it was before your handsome little guy stretched it out.

I wouldn’t worry about it, it’s probably just your uterus continuing to shrink. Unless you started bleeding again? But just cramping probably isn’t a concern.
