Pregnant after miscarriage but before first period?

Question

I’m worried we may have gotten pregnant right after miscarrying. My hCG levels did return to 0 before we starting having sex again but I’m concerned we might be pregnant already. 
Anyone had a successful pregnancy without waiting until after their first normal period?

All my drs said there is no reason to wait except it’s easier to date the pregnancy.

I’m currently trying had miscarriage feb12 had regular period March 8 and since that went off we been trying praying for positive next month
