Marina IUD Spotting

I got the Marina IUD in December, and after 3 months with it I have had no problems at all! But lately I have started to bleed after having sex. It only happens after sex and it never even is enough for me to feel the need to put a tampon in. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I be alarmed?
