Honest has a great baby eczema cream that I use on my baby’s cheeks and they’re so soft now. Just make sure you wipe your baby’s cheeks before you use it so the skin can retain moisture.

Eucerine eczema cream. That’s what my son’s Pediatrician prescribed. It is over the counter and it can be used on the face. Hydrocortisone 1% the rest of the body. The hydrocortisone cannot be used on the face

We just started Aquaphor Baby for a sit on his chest. After two days of it I can’t hardly find the spot! I can still feel it’s texture a bit but no more red irritation. Amazed! I only had a sample but I’m going to buy some now for his cheeks. He just started rolling over and is always drooling so now sleeping with cheek in a pile of drool is causing problems.

Nora, my lo had really bad eczema. Try washing her face with aveeno and apply Shea butter and coconut oils after to lock in moisture. Also if you have a humidifier it will look his skin a lot.
