Running during pregnancy

Hi everyone! This question is for the runners in this group!!! 🏃🏻‍♀️

It’s my first pregnancy and I’m 10 weeks 2 days now..

Im a very active woman.. and I ran almost everyday before I got pregnant. 7-10km

From week 5-9 my breasts were hurting so much I just wasn’t able to run a lot because of the pain.

Last weekend I ran 10km and then felt pressure in my pelvis. My breasts stoped hurting this week..

My question is .. is it safe to run during pregnancy? When to stop?
