Insecure

So I’m currently 16 weeks and I don’t have a bump but I do have a bit of like a belly it looks like I just ate a big ass meal. Well me and my boyfriend have a great sex life, before him I never could cum ... lately I’ve been feeling hideous! I hate my body! My face broke out horribly with this pregnancy after it took me years of getting clear skin, my hair look grown out and badly dyed because I can’t afford the touch up I just feel so ugly and I get embarrassed during sex and turn him down . I don’t want him thinking I don’t want to have sed with him I just am embarrassed of him having sed with me while I feel so gross .... :(
