A few days ago I noticed a few spots on my baby girls cheeks close to her ear, assumes it was baby acne and just left it. The past few days it’s got progressively worse. Sometimes it’s barely there and then other times it’s really bad. So I then thought it could be heat rash but she isn’t overheating, the room is cool and she’s always dressed appropriately plus when I feel where the rash is her skin is cool, or slightly warm but not hot to touch. I’m starting to worry and not being able to just take her to the doctors is really not helping.

She has no fever, seems fine in herself, is fussy with eating but always has been since birth. Urinating plenty too.

Does anyone have any advice or know what this could be?
