Last night I made a poll asking if anyone on here would marry their 4th cousin and the vast majority voted no and thought it was disgusting. Trust me, we are too a bit freaked out lol

We're not from Alabama or Mississippi lol my husband and I didn't know that we are 4th cousins when we met. We were born outside of the US, but we coincidentally met in the US (2011) as adults in college and got married after we graduated.

On February of this year, we both did the ancestry dna test just for pure fun and curiosity, and last night we finally got our results and we quickly saw wach other on our list of 4th cousins 🙈 we have a daughter together and personally I'm not sure if I should be grossed out or what lol

I did some research and found that it's ok to marry a 4th cousin, but now that I saw your reactions to my poll it completely freaked me out 😥

So my next question is, would you divorce him after learning that he's your 4th cousin? I'm not gonna divorce him, but I'm curious to know what you guys will do lol
