Period Concerns

[Confused]

Due to the virus our local hospital is checking every employee/ patient at the door for a temperature 100.0 or higher. My temp was 99.8 due to my period, they let me work but were understandably concerned. We rechecked our temperatures every 2 hrs. Now, I am concerned because my period this time has been significantly worse (heavier, more painful, unable to sleep at night due to the pain, and higher temps than I usually have)

Could this just be from stress??
