Whey protein?
Is anyone making protein shakes? If so can you recommend a good whey protein powder that is pregnancy safe? Asking because I'm trying to eat healthier as this is my 2nd pregnancy and i gained over 65lbs with my first and it took me the longest time to lose! My problem is that I have trouble controlling my hunger! Every morning around 930/10 I'm famished and eat everything in sight. I'm thinking if i start making shakes for myself it will fill me up..dr suggested proteins instead of carbs that will just make me crash but the thought of eggs/meats that time of day isn't appealing to me.
