Pls pls read all and comment your experience

I am 7dpo today. I have been having bad headaches, dizziness, nausea. So I took a test and it’s negative. I know I am early and everyone is gonna say that those symptoms aren’t to do with early pregnancy 🤷🏻‍♀️ has anyone felt like this and had a negative result? Did they get their BFP a couple of days later?
