What Shall I Do!?

Question

I work for the NHS, Packing Medicine Bags For the ambulances. 
I have really bad Anxiety going to work with Covid-19 virus about, I don’t want to catch it. 
Do I self isolate or go to work?
Please help

I also work for the NHS on the front line. I think we're less likely to catch it at the hospital with all our PPE than we are if we go to the supermarket.
I know it's hard but at the minute the NHS cant afford to lose any staff, we need everyone!
