Hey ladies? Posting to find out if anyone has experienced this before....

So the past 2 days my abdomen has been super tender! Id say its also a little cramp like as well but ive never had this before! This is our 4th month ttc after 2 years on birth control. At first i thought this was gas pain or constipation but after a regular bm (sorry tmi) i feel i can rule that out! Anyone else have this before? Could it be post-ovulation pain? Or cramping from progesterone?
