Nauseas and then not?

Anyone else’s morning sickness kinda going on and off? it was awful the other day i threw up. Then it kinda just vanished. It’s only making me nervous because i was sick for MONTHS with my son. and symptoms vanishing just feels like a bad sign 😢

I had about 3 days of feeling sick every day. I didn’t actually throw up. Then I was fine for like a week. 
Earlier today I quickly got a headache and then felt sick again for about 90 minutes then afternoon I had dinner it went away. I’m not sure if it’s pregnancy related or not? I’m only 5 weeks 4 days and this is my first do I have no idea what’s normal or not.
