Pregnant/Stuck at home and Sad/Depressed??

Question

Is anyone else stuck at home while pregnant and starting to feel sad and depressed? I have also had some anxiety starting up again 😣😫 if you are experiencing this how are you coping??

I don’t do well alone at all and doing this isolation while pregnant isn’t helpful at all. I started video sessions with my therapists. She said that majority of therapists are doing that or phone sessions and majority of insurances are covering that and waiving all deductibles and copays. 
Also try to get outside if possible. The weather wasn’t great here for a couple days but when it was bearable I forced myself to go out and that seems to really help. Prayers that you can handle this depression!
