I have to show off what my husband did. During these uncertain times, my husband (a woodworker) devoted time to our kitchen. Well actually, it’s been a five year project in the making but quarantine finished it up!

Between trying to manage three children under four 😅 - We slowly saved enough money and began making changes to our fixer upper. It was a journey.

Where this island is, was once a wall, which made the kitchen small and dark. (If you look at the before pictures, the random purple porch is what he essentially “opened up”)

He then crafted new stairs,

the cabinets, the counters, the ceiling, the panelling all by himself.

He never ceases to amaze me and all the beautiful details in the cabinetry will forever hold a special place in my heart.

You guys I am so beyond.... I love to cook, and we’ve got our last baby on the way. I feel so cozy and ready now!
