Anyone experienced Bub sleeping more throughout the day at 4 months???

My babe sleeps 8pm- 7am and usually has 2 hours of awake times and naps usually go for 45 mins-1hr

However the past couple days he’s been napping longer (3 hours this morning) and struggles to make it to 2 hours of awake time before he gets grouchy and falls asleep in my arms again for another couple of hours?

Is this just a growth spurt or should I be worried about how much he’s sleeping?
