Hey guys

I got off my period about 8 days ago. Normal cycle normal dates.

Today, tonight I had cramping kind of instantly afterward I go in the bathroom and I had spotting.

I still am cramping just on one side of my lower stomach.

I’m in bed trying to relax I automatically starting crying worried that’s never happened to me before my period comes regular ends and doesn’t come again for a month.

Anyone experienced this ?

Anyone know what it could be ?

I am 22, regular cycle
