Don’t know what to think...
I PPROM’d in August 2018 and my daughter was born stillborn. Almost two years later my periods have been normal, up to about three months ago. The periods were usually about 5-10 days late but I still would get them. Last last period was March 12th. This morning, I went to the restroom and felt a clot coming out, it didn’t fully come out when I went to restroom so I reached in and took it out (not too deep). It was about a quarter size, with some blood and tissue. As the day went on, i went back to the restroom and felt two huge clots come out (photo below). I have NO pain, but have been runnning a low grade fever since Sunday. I called my doctor and he wants to see me tomorrow morning. I am wearing a pad and it looks like a regular period.

Don’t know what to think it may be. No pain, just low grade fever.
