Confused

Ok so I think last month I didn't ovulate do to getting off birth control. I had a period and if my old period timing holds true I was due for my period March 4thish. I felt like I was pregnant (I have a child so I Know how it feels) but all neg test but still no period. Ian not sure but I think I ovulated 3days ago and we baby danced. Now I feeling puffy and light pressure in my girly bits area. I have never had this before. Any ideas what it could be? All advice is welcome.
