Anybody? No baby😢😢

Question

Anybody ever went to an ultrasound and all the dr can see is a gestational and no baby? I’m less than 6 weeks and all the dr could see was a sac  I’m so worried

Yes! First pregnancy and got very faint positive pregnancy test then had one sided pain soo rushed to hospital. Suspected ectopic pregnancy...broke my heart...when they did an ultrasound my uterus was empty! They said they could see something on the ovary (side of pain) soo they said it was definitely an ectopic. 
The sonography even told me I might be taken into surgery straight away that day! 💔 Next day they took my bloods to check HCG levels and they came back a little over 600 soo they said they’d take bloods again after two days to check if my levels were rising or not...
Worried myself sick it was one of the most heartbreaking experience in my life! 
Bloods showed levels had risen and more than doubled soo I was really happy and hopeful but the doctors said they still couldn’t be sure 
Next day another scan which showed a small sac! 
Doctors STILL said not to get my hopes up too high and that I still had a chance it could be ectopic...they said couldn’t know for sure until they saw a heartbeat and baby 
Next scan was after a week and THERE WAS MY BABY WITH A BEAUTIFUL HEARTBEAT!!!!! They said I was under 6weeks pregnant but they couldn’t tell exactly how far along as baby was small ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I’m soo blessed we were trying for three hard years 😭
Sorry long story but when I was going through this I was trying to find real experiences from women soo that it would give me hope and keep me strong 💖💖💖

Maybe I think I tested too early and maybe you did too? Because my positive test was really faint but my periods had been sooo irregular since soo long now soo I couldn’t have known how far along I could have been anyway 🤔😬 doctors said in the other scans I was too early that’s why they couldn’t see anything 
Just please don’t stress over it hopefully your next scan you’ll see your beautiful baby with a strong healthy heartbeat 💓 
Sometimes doctors can be scary can’t blame them as it’s good to be prepared mentally for the worst but don’t lose faith 🌈 also can I just ask why you had an early scan? I have endometriosis and because of the pain I ended up in hospital for scan

I went in at 5w5d and they could only see the gestational sac. I went in a week later at 6w5d and they saw the yolk sac, the baby, and the heartbeat. You are still super early so try not to worry (but I know from experience that it’s impossible not to). Praying you see your baby at your next appointment!💚

Too early, I’m guessing they told you to come back in a week or two for a repeat?

Six weeks is still pretty early so it could be that you’re just off on your dates (ovulated later or something). But it could also be a blighted ovum unfortunately. Give it a couple weeks and go back. If there’s still no baby it’s a blighted ovum.

Yes I got my first ultrasound at 4 weeks 4days & I couldn’t see my daughter but things continued & all was fine !!! No worries 🥰

Yes but I was 12 weeks. As early as you are I wouldn’t worry

6 weeks is still early, my doctor wouldn’t even see me until at least 8 weeks probably for that reason. Just hang in there and hopefully the next scan you’ll get to see your bean!

6 weeks is still super early. I had an US at 6 weeks after I was spotting light pink/brown for a week. All they could see was the sac and a little speck of what could have been the fetal pole. Went back at 8 weeks and we had a baby, yolk sack and a heart beat.

Happened to me last year. Saw an empty sac😞 called a blighted Ovum
