After depo?

I'm new here, and I just stopped depo provera shot. I have looked on the internet to find withdrawal symptoms but I can't find any :( I was supposed to get it before September 3rd. Now I'm having pain in my left side, like around my ovary, a dull lower backache and a freaking uti. I only drink water and green tea from Starbucks and coconut milk (I can't drink cow milk) and this morning my bbt was 99.39 and I feel achy everywhere!!! Are these signs of that stupid depo trying to clear my system? My doc said since I was so extremely fertile before (have two babies already and got pg on the pill) that I'm prob getting a period soon. I've only been on it for a year.
