Is there such thing as dry spells but in women?

I’ve been with my child’s father for 5 years and I used to fake my orgasms with him in the beginning until we moved in together and then they were actually real. Well it’s gotten to the point where I can’t orgasm anymore, and I get so frustrated because I was able to before but now no matter what we try I just can’t finish, I’m so unsatisfied now it’s frustrating.
