Help me pls

I started getting a boil on my vulva during my period. And it got so big and painful. It hurts when I move sit stand walk pee and even shit.

I've been applying warm compress and taking warm sitz bath to make it smaller.

Then this morning I woke up and it burst (I guess it happened while I was sleeping). I had to clean up. Problem is, we're in quarantine now and I have no bandage and gauze to cover it to prevent it from spreading.

Is there any other thing I could do to clean it and cover it well?
