What were the first signs of pregnancy after conception?

What were your first signs of pregnancy and how many weeks were you after conception when you noticed symptoms?

Spotting the day of my period instead of actual period only sign I had and even then I was like nahh 😂

No signs here until 8 weeks and I was carrying triplets. Had a very bad stomach ache and the nausea was terrible.

So random had a small cherry angioma I noticed on my chest, looked it up and said it happens sometimes in pregnancy thought that was weird. 
Wiped one day and had the faintest pink on the tissue and again thought hmm no way my period is coming a week early. Thought it was weird waited a couple days figured I’d try a test and bam super obvious positive. 6 weeks and 1 day now.

I had consistent headaches the week I was supposed to get my period and my nipples were super sensitive which was really weird for me because I've never had achy nipples or really any kind of nipple sensitivity before. The week after I started getting nausea and morning sickness.

I had very light period like cramping in pelvic area.  Technically, that was at about 3 weeks.   Confirmed BFP at 3weeks 5 days!  After about 8 years of trying.  
We had just moved to another country and decided if we weren’t pregnant that month, we would start intervention.  Now we have a 1.5 year old!  🤗
