Anyone else scared to take any meds for pain/ constipation?

I’ve been cramping for about a week now and my doctor sent lists of safe meds. I woke up this morning with cramps AND a headache now! Since I’m so early I’m so scared to take Tylenol 😩
I didn’t find out this early i was pregnant so I’m so worried about EVERYTHING!!

Taking paracetamol is totally safe and fine to do so! It’s the recommended painkiller in pregnancy, just 2 every 4-6 hours no more than 8 in a day. Cramps and headaches can be brought on from dehydration, have plenty of fluids and have a bath! I hope you feel better soon!

It’s safe to take stool softeners during your pregnancy, I took it the whole 9 months with my first. You could also buy the fiber powder and mix it in a drink and have that everyday. Again, I did that with my first the whole pregnancy. When it comes to headaches, Tylenol is in the clear as long as it’s acetaminophen only. I know some have aspirin and caffeine as well and you don’t want that one. I hope you find some relief soon!

This gas kills me so I have to take stool softeners. Last pregnancy I waited till the end, this time I’m not gonna suffer!
