Can you still have pcos if your cycles become regular?

I was officially diagnosed with pcos in 2018 but I knew for years before that I had it. My cycles would range from 36 to sometimes 60. I was never put on any pcos meds. However ever since February now for twice in a row now I've had a "normal" cycle. I used to bleed from 2 weeks to a month and now I bleed from 5-7 days with my cycles being 23 days to 20. Is this normal??? I'm not sure if my acne medications is what's doing this... I'm not complaining tho!!

Have you lost weight? Cut carbs? If your insulin production changes it can impact your cycle. Also, have you ever thought about taking Vitex, Myo-inositol and maca root? All are proven effective to help regulate the hormones of a women’s cycle and are especially helpful for women with pcos

My body goes through cycles of working and not working. It tends to get better if I lose weight, worse if I gain. I will always have pcos since there is no cure but I may not always have all the symptoms.
