Is anyone else going on 23 weeks and just uncomfortable? It hurts to walk it hurts to get out of bed it hurts to sit move anything 😩 I have this terrible pain in my butt, and the inside of my legs by my huha. I told the dr last apt but she said it was normal and to do these exercises, not gonna lie I did them for a week and no relief I think honestly they have made moving around harder 😢😢
