So my son had his 4 months vaccines yesterday, they made him VERY sleepy. After when we got home around noon I have him some Tylenol then he was fine, had a good nap and was acting normal. Then before bed he started getting fussy after his bath so I decided to give him a bit more, slept really well! Today it’s about 2pm and he feels really warm. His temp with the ear thermometer I have and his temp is 37.5 Celsius, so 99.5 Fahrenheit. Would you consider this a fever? He does feel quite warm, he just nurses himself to sleep, I’ll take his temp when he wakes back up. If it’s the same should I give him some Tylenol? He is still very sleepy, I’m guessing due to the vaccines.
