My son is wicked stubborn and will sit on the potty with no problem but then turns around and pees on the floor!

My daughter is stubborn. If she has no pants on, she does just fine. No issues whatsoever. Put underwear, pants, pull up, anything on her bottom half, she pees. She is poop trained on the potty no matter what. She also has a hard time stopping play to go which causes accidents. But she can take herself, pull her pants down (if she’s wearing any) and go potty and then wipe.

We are “working” on it. She’s been pretty stubborn. We took the route we did with our prior two (trained by their 2nd birthdays) and had her run around naked and sitting on the toilet every hour and giving a lot of fluid. She will hold it or grab a diaper and squat over it to pee in it. She held her poop and ended up constipated to the point she needed stool softeners, laxatives, and an enema.
We stopped. 
Now, she’ll grab herself and say, “I need to potty,” and will run to the bathroom and take her pants off and just sit on the toilet. She’ll get off and grab a diaper to pee in. She knows when/how to do it, she just refuses but her pedi said not to push it and just be supportive.
