Removed Mirena, TTC!!

I got my Mirena removed 3/2...had sex 3 days prior..doctor said that sex up 5 days before removal could result pregnancy...had what I believe may have been a period 3/4 to 3/8, I had Mirena for 5 years with no period for the last 3 1/2...on 3/11 I began spotting but it was only when I wiped, never really reaching my panty liner and then it stopped on 3/14, me and hubby had sex every day except 3/17, which was supposedly my ovulation day...took test yesterday and it was BFN but I think I should give it more time before I take another one..really want baby number 3
