Food allergy question
My LO is 10 months and is allergic to peanut and tree nuts. There are so many things that do not list “made in facility without...” or “may contain...” I am not sure if I should only give her foods that have it clearly on them that the facility is free of both? So far we have been but it’s super hard. We have only found 1 kind of bread at a ridiculously overpriced co-op grocery store and same with Cheerios. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!
