Can you feel ovulation pain in your back?

I have two large follicles on my right ovary. Today is ovulation day and i am having weird sore/cramp like in my lower back on the right side.

Now imagine cramps from both front and back. It was so painful during ovulation, but hey! We’re ovulating!

It’s definitely possible and actually a huge issue for a lot of people with endo, myself included. I know exactly when I’m ovulating because of my back pain. The cycle before I got pregnant, I had used OPKs and never had a positive so I quit testing and thought I missed it. A few days later I was having intense back pain and sure enough when I took and LH test it was a blaring positive.
