Are gummy prenatals as good as the pill form ?

Is anyone else taking these ??

Yes they are BUT you'll have to take iron supplements in addition to these if they don't have any. My gummies didn't have iron (I take the vitafusion brand) so after my glucose test, they discovered I was anemic, so I needed to add iron supplements to my regimen.

Probably better since you can actually take those as opposed to taking a pill 😜.
But I'm just thinking as with many prenatal vitamins you need to take a doctor okayed iron supplement

Yeah they are the same most of the time but just not good for your teeth

I was told by my OB/GYN that these were just as good. I had to take the gummies due to horrible gag reflex and pills were not happening for me during my last 3 pregnancies.

The gummy vitimans I bought off amazon have iron I specifically looked for it cause my old gummies didn't have iron

I'm taking them the best way to check is to check the ingredients in them... Since I'm not pregnant yet I am using to make sure my body is ready for baby. I keep them in my room makes it so much eaier for me to remember to take them and no need to have water :) just a slight gross after taste and I take them at night I was taking them in the am and it was making me nauseous

No. Where I live they can't even be sold as prenatal because they lack certain vitamins and minerals. Pills are also better absorbed and don't have added sugar.

I took them before we conceived and during my first trimester until I became so lethargic in my 2nd and switched to a prenatal with iron.  OB said it was fine :)
