Soo I recently found out my insurance requires me to match ALLL requirements in order for them to fully pay for my breast reductions Nd the crazy thing is ... out of all 6 of them I don’t match one which is shoulder grooving .. is there anyway I could still possibly get a reduction or does anyone know how to naturally make them smaller . Crazy thing is my boobs didn’t get big untill I lost weight so I don’t know what to do at this point . It has caused me back pain , shoulder pain , and I’m mentally not in a good head space from being bullied over their size . Please can someone recommended me to what insurance would cover it or what else I can do ?
