please help i’m so worried

okay so.. TMI i’m sorry .. but i’m in so much pain ..

i went poo 2 nights ago and it was really hard and caused tears in my butthole and i’m in bad pain every time i poop now and it’s started to make my vagina hurt too like stinging .. idk why this is happening in so sore and there’s nothing that’s helping i don’t know what to do i want to cry
