Does Endo Effect Getting Pregnant???

My husband and I got diagnosed with “unexplained infertility.” I have had every test, X-ray, and ultrasound done and I was told I am very fertile by my fertility doctor. My husband has had all tests done and his sperm is average/ideal. My fertility doctor thinks I have endometriosis but told me not to worry because she says it doesn’t effect getting pregnant. I have read so many other things from health journals and other health professionals that it does effect fertility/ the ability to conceive. I have been waiting to get a referral to get the laparoscopy done and get my endo removed if it’s there so once I’m healed we can try IUI, but does it even matter?
