Is smart water safe to drink?

My current bottled water wasn't helping with making me less thirsty so I switch to original smartwater. Is smartwater safe to drink? I'm in my third trimester and my thirst is crazy right now. I was drinking Nestle purelife but the taste was ok.

Try coconut water or even watermelon juice.  Those both are way more hydrating than water, even with electrolytes in it.  When I was throwing up everyday I would substitute water with those to help with hydration.  They stay in your body longer, where as water you drink several ounces and it comes right out.
