Help!

Hi, I have had an implant for 2 years and massively struggled with my periods as they were very long lasting 8 weeks at a time. After a year of suffering waiting for them to calm down which they didn’t (I then was having periods every 10 days lasting 10 days) I went back to my health clinic where they put me in the progesterone only pill as oestrogen makes me feel nauseous. I was taking this pill for around 9 months which regulated my periods to my normal 7 days every month (I normally have really heavy periods that last a week). When I went back to get 3 more months worth I was told that women only take the pill with the implant for 2-3 months to regulate their periods therefore I wasn’t given any more pills. Now my periods are back to being over a week (my period now has so far lasted 16 days) they r still extremely heavy however I can’t go back to the clinic as they aren’t taking appointments due to the coronavirus does anyone have any advice to reduce the pain or stop my period as I am finding it hard to concentrate working from home as the pain is so bad and I am changing my sanitary pad nearly every hour. I have a hot water bottle and am taking paracetamol and ibuprofen however I am still in a great deal of pain.
