Looks a bit swollen to me. We put neosporin on our girls and followed up with our doc. I think you should check with your doc. It looks like it may be infected but maybe it isn’t. I don’t think you need to freak out tho.

My sons was out like that. We had a scheduled appt and my dr put silver nitrate on it to help it all dry out and to make it go in. I’d give them a call

That is perfectly normal. 
Just be sure to clean it daily. Lightly dab on it.
