I usually listen to music, or play a game on my phone and sometimes go for a bike ride. But if I’m feeling really stressed then I just cry and let it all out or maybe rant to a friend that helps too or a parent or just someone you trust. Or maybe take some deep breaths and think about what you’re stressed about and write it on something and then crumble it up and throw or just pray to God if you believe in that cause if you trust in him you will feel better. Those help me hope it helps you too if you try it.

full spa day (or just going in for a facial/massage if i'm crunched for time), journaling, drawing, hiking, driving, fencing, and working efficiently so i end up working less but doing more lol.
