Meal preps and home workout ideas!!

Hi everybody! Because school is closing down due to ms rona, classes have been moved to online and I’ve found myself having a lot of free time and not using it to my advantage! I wanted to use this time to start working out and meal prepping like how I use to. Sadly I’ve kinda been out of the game for a long time now and was wondering if any of y’all have any good meal preps and at home workouts for me to get in shape. I would love any other tips that you have as well! Also if anyone else wants to join me in this I’ll be more than glad to help with encouraging each other especially since it can be hard during times like this! So please leave any meal prep ideas, at home workout routines or any other tips down below :)
