Miscarriage or...?

I’m on birth control- nuvaring. My gyno has me taking it for for three months then a period then three months etc. A few hours ago I switched out my ring with a new one. I had a migraine this morning so I took a toradol pill. I’ve had pregnancy symptoms the last few weeks but all my tests have been negative. I’m bleeding bright red but not like a large amount, but not just spotting either. Could toradol have caused a miscarriage less than 24 hours after taking it? Maybe my nail cut my inside my vagina inserting my new ring? (It’s never happened any of the other times changing it, I’m very careful everytime and my nails aren’t long.)
