Can’t stomach meds

I’m currently 9 weeks pregnant and the morning sickness is getting real. I threw up immediately after taking a pill yesterday and although I didn’t throw up when taking the other two, I did decide to wait a few hours before taking them again. I’m at a point where if I see, smell, or think about certain things that may not have bothered me before, I’m ready to hurl. I’m sure the answer is no, but is it ok to skip prenatals or other pills (for me Metformin) until the nausea goes away?

Note: my Metformin was to allow me to get pregnant and now used to prevent gestational diabetes which I can barely eat anything right now so I’m not sure how necessary that is)
