I’m sorry but help?

So 2/3 weeks ago I had both protected and unprotected sex. (Unprotected because the condom fell off). Then 2/3 days after I got an iud and then the same day I got my period which last like 9 days. I had sex twice since getting the iud. Then I went to my doctor and found the iud was missed placed and so I had it removed and replaced.

I am prone to yeast infections and I was treated for one like 3 weeks ago. I had had light burning and my doctor just said I had a ph imbalance. And since I’ve had bleeding from the iud I figured I’d be fine. But now my vagina has a metallic (from blood) and semisweet smell. And I have had discharge that looked like this:

Any ideas? It’s like a nasty old blood and idk what else mix. I go back to my doctor next Thursday.
