I have stared at this picture forever and I cannot make out a nose or lip. Can you? Help!

Usually in photos like these they are looking for a cleft palate.  It is quite zoomed in.  You are looking at baby’s face “straight on” (it’s NOT a profile).  If you see the little round white blob a little ways under the “o”, that’s the tip of the nose.  Then, moving diagonally down and to the right, the longer white blob is upper lip, then the dark line is the mouth, then the longer white blob below and to the right of that is the bottom lip.  Does that help?

The little nub right under the word nose is the nose, then the line below it that looks like a frown, is the mouth. The picture isn’t taken straight on, it’s kind of coming from below looking up. That’s my interpretation anyways.
